Accreditation Advisors Engagement Team has worked with 500+ institutions of higher education, 400+ workforce development boards and a wide array of local community organizations in facilitating inclusive strategic planning processes, credentialing programs, career pathway planning, cultivating relationships with local employers, initiating job placement programs, and developing integrated service delivery systems.    

Higher Education 

We have extensive higher education consulting experience with a broad range of colleges and universities, corporate training institutions, and accredited vocational institutions around the globe.  We provide guidance in the following areas:

  • Accreditation – Review and evaluation of College policies, procedures and processes related to accreditation with National, Regional and Programmatic Accreditors.

 

  • State Licensure – Review and evaluation of State licensed institutions and programs in all 50 states.

 

  • Academic Reengineering/Process Improvement – Overseeing and executing improvement plans, developing/enhancing policies and procedures to improve operations, efficiency and controls.

 

  • Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) – Review and evaluation of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) approved training programs for F-1, M-1, J-1 and H1B visa granting authority.

 
​Workforce Development 

We have amassed over 30 years’ experience facilitating strategic thinking and planning, primarily with Workforce Development Boards (WDB) and their predecessors formerly known as Workforce Investment Boards (WIB) and Private Industry Councils.  We are nationally known experts in organizational development and change management, training and design for education, and human resource development systems.  We provide guidance in the following areas:  

  • Employer engagement strategies; curriculum review and career pathway implementation assistance; and recruitment, assessment, orientation, and retention strategies for workforce partnerships in high growth industries. 

 

  • Workforce planning and strategic alignment of WDB’s human capital with its business direction. We also implement solutions that enable WDBs to accomplish their mission, goals, and objectives through a process of analyzing the current workforce, determining future workforce needs, and identifying the gap between the present and future.

 

  • Development of program innovations and enhancements to workforce development training programs with community colleges, community-based organizations, and intermediaries through in-depth coaching and technical assistance on:

  • Deepening employer engagement

  • Designing and accrediting work-based learning

  • Mapping career training to DOL/ETA industry competency models

  • Contextualizing academic curricula with occupational or industry related content

  • Modularizing training programs into shorter “chunks” that meet employer skill needs and lead to stackable, industry-recognized credentials

  • Installing supports that boost program completion or credentialing by adult learners
